And the Legislature recesses... thanks, COVID-19

June 26, 2020: The State Legislature is in the process of recessing for a couple months. Lawmakers will then resume work in the fall.

"In process" is probably the best way to describe this legislative session upended by the COVID-19 pandemic. Emilie provides a roundup of how the state is using its federal COVID relief funds. And Olga, well, she has questions.
