December 24, 2021: As 2021 draws to a close, we are going back in time to read the 1985 inaugural address of Vermont's first female governor, Madeleine M. Kunin. Some of what Kunin discusses in her address still hold for Vermont and, many things have changed. Much fodder for thought.
